FIN Project & Tanja Xena Tzarovska
The Macedonian music scene continues to break boundaries with the release of EGREGOR, the brand-new album by FIN Project and Tanja Xena Tzarovska, unveiled last Friday in collaboration with Cafe De Anatolia. The project is already available worldwide across all streaming platforms.
The Power of Collaboration
Nikola Stojkovski (FIN Project) envisioned a single-track collaboration with Tanja, but her distinctive voice quickly transformed the project into a full album. Known globally as the voice of Troy (2004), Tanja has built an international reputation for her haunting and emotional vocal performances, rooted in Balkan and Byzantine traditions.
Together, Stojkovski and Tzarovska crafted a collection that merges atmospheric electronic production with live instrumentation and ethereal vocals, creating a sound that is both meditative and cinematic.
A Voice That Resonates
For Tanja, EGREGOR is more than music. In her own words, performing live feels like “self-healing therapy,” a process of exchanging energy with the audience through sound. Her contribution to the album reaffirms her position as one of Macedonia’s most recognizable artistic voices, equally comfortable in Hollywood soundtracks and avant-garde music collaborations.
The Concept of EGREGOR
The title refers to the idea of collective energy, a metaphysical connection that forms when people share a common focus. Each track reflects this theme, inviting listeners into a sonic world where spirituality and artistry coexist.
Beyond Borders
Already presented in live concerts at Skopje Summer Festival (Kuršumli An) and Literature.mk, the album now extends its reach globally through digital platforms. EGREGOR represents a milestone — not just for its creators, but for the Macedonian scene as a whole, showing how local artistry can resonate on the world stage.
Stream it now on Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, and all major platforms.
