Andy C & Axwell Shock the Scene with High-Octane DnB Rework of ‘I Found U’

In one of the most unexpected crossovers of the year, Andy C and Axwell have unleashed a blistering drum & bass rework of the 2007 classic ‘I Found U’, featuring the unmistakable vocals of Max’C.

The release marks a rare pairing between two titans from completely different corners of the electronic world — and the result is nothing short of electrifying.

The original I Found U remains one of Axwell’s most defining records. Released in 2007, the track climbed to number 6 on the UK Singles Chart and quickly became a staple across global dancefloors.

The now-iconic “Remode” edit helped solidify Axwell’s position as one of the leading forces behind the early Axtone sound. Its inclusion in Swedish House Mafia’s 2010 compilation Until One transformed it into a generation-defining anthem.

Fast forward nearly two decades, and Andy C has catapulted the track into a new dimension. The rework — now officially titled ‘Believe Again (I Found U)’ — amplifies the euphoria of the original while injecting Andy C’s signature, high-energy drum ’n’ bass rhythms. It’s a full-throttle interpretation built for peak-time festival chaos.

Andy C revealed that the track was never originally intended for release. “I made it as a special bootleg for my sets,” he explains. “It became a massive moment all summer — to now release it officially with Axwell is unreal.”

The collaboration first surfaced during Andy C’s VS Battle with Danny Howard on BBC Radio 1, where it immediately caught fire online. Festival-goers soon recognized the rework at major events including Ultra Music Festival, EDC Las Vegas, and multiple European stages.

By the time Andy C premiered the final version in his Boiler Room set, the track had already achieved cult status among fans.

What makes the release so significant is not just its explosive sound design, but the unprecedented fusion of genres. Axwell’s soaring melodies and Max’C’s emotional topline collide with Andy C’s lightning-fast breakbeats, creating a hybrid that feels both nostalgic and radically fresh. It bridges progressive house history with modern DnB intensity — a collision few fans ever imagined.

For dance music culture, this collaboration represents a rare moment of creative synergy between scenes that rarely overlap. And yet, the result feels natural, powerful, and destined to dominate festival stages throughout 2025.

‘Believe Again (I Found U)’ is officially out now — and it’s already being hailed as one of the most impactful reworks of the year.
